Wifi Extender - how do I get one?

I've got Sky Max but the Wi-fi does not reach every room in my home, and I'd like to get it to reach my garden office. How can I get a Sky Wi-fi extender? The virtual assistance via the website is shocking and just keeps telling me it can't help me.

Note that the terms of the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' specifically rule out external buildings, so you couldn't claim under it for that purpose.

And any advice as to how I now get one? Given that the chatbot service has been absolutely useless.

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link. If calling try saying nothing when asked about the call and remain on the line.
