Hi, my Wifi has been dropping out for the last 4 hours. Can you please investigate?

@Spillcoe you a re not ta lking to Sky by posting in the forum. You are best advised to run the online Srrvice Checker in the My Sky app which works overca mobile conection as that will tell you if it has found an isdue. With intermittent faults that is not always possibly unfortunately. You can call Sky but thry will use thecsame diagnostic tools.

@Spillcoe that is not unusual especially with partial fibre connections. There is an automatic system running thst should stabilise the connection by gradually reducing the speed a bit each night until the line is stable. Openreach are usually unwillling to intervene until that system is proven not to be working or drops exceed 10 a day.
