Please arrange this to be fixed asap as I am unable to work!! Have followed all the troubleshooting instructions but still not fixed.

Run the broadband test if you could please, if you are offered an engineer visit book this. But can you also click on " Tell me more about my connection ". It tells you the speed you are supposed to get between and your minimum.
