Our WiFi started off OK but over time our devices are dropping the signal more and more then picking them up again after a minute or so. Even does it a few feet away from the router now. I've now had to buy a wifi range extender for the upstairs of the house. It feels like the router is playing up and slowly losing WiFi power with an intermittant signal but when I run the SKY diagnostic it keeps coming back as OK!!!
I've tried resetting everyhting - router, devices etc. but still a problem and getting worse. How can I get a replacement router? I've got the "bells and whistles" broadband thing that costs a fortune...

'Broadband Boost' (black Sky Broadband Hub) or 'WiFi Max' (white Max Hub)?
In either case the appropriate 'range extender' is one loaned free by Sky to match the particular Hub model.

Black hub.
Range has dropped significantly. At this rate I'm going to have to plug in a range extender next to the Hub to get a signal and even then it drops to 0 on a regular basis... Was only upstairs that was a problem but now getting the same issue in rooms downstairs within 15 feet of the hub. Still the diagnostic shows the system and signal is "good".

That would typically achieve nothing at all: the WiFi from such devices is no more powerful than the output of an ISP router, because such things are subject to strict national regulations.
Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.
Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
