I am a pensioner!! Whilst watching recordings and TV my programme will go of!! Then states problem loading try again later Or switch off and on my hub is upstairs!! I am disabled and have to rely only family to do it, The bt engineer said it has to be upstairs although in all the years I have had various Internet providers it has always been in my living room to which I could manage to get to!!!!!
