Wife speed

Hello I was promised wifi 150 but I'm averaging around 80mbps I was told by the speed guarantee I am eligible to a claim if it drops below 100 for 3 days it's been 80 or below for the whole month on average I've had boosters sent to fix the issue but still no change I would really appreciate some sort of claim back because I upgraded my wifi from 80 to 150 and now I'm paying more for the old service I was being provided yours sincerely Peter mabbott

Perhaps note you weren't: the guarantee of 100Mbs is over optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub, not WiFi from it.
