Wife issue

There is an issue with my WiFi I only have 2 lights on my city fiber box

I’m jumping in here with WiFi issue have green red green red lights

have turned off on checked cables

any ideas

@Irenehatesusernam Yes, indicates No Internet and No voice connection to the sky Hub.
