WiFi

Hi I am having issues accessing the internet through my WiFi. Most apps on my phone are working but some not, the TV is connecting and downloading, I can send and receive emails but suddey I cannot use a browser. This has happened on 3 laptops and 2 phones. I have cleared the cache and cookies on them all but to no avail. Restarting devices or the router doesn't change things.

Can anyone offer any help or point me in the right direction for help as I can't find a contact number anywhere for sky

Thanks

@William142

If you end up needing to call Sky just dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline. But someone on here may be able to offer some advice meaning there's no need to call.

Re: WiFi

@William142 Looking more like your systems may be comming up against a DNS error, would power off your sky Hub, but you ARE going to have to leave it off for a couple hours to get a new WAN ip as THAT TIME is what it takes....

If you can do a www.whatismyipaddress.com and capture or write down what you have, when you restart running the same again you can see if the IP has changed!
