WiFi

My WiFi is constantly dropping on average from 4pm to 10pm i have to turn my tv off at the mains and restart to sometimes still no connection, also me and my son have both used all are mobile data this month and it only just renewed because we didn't know are house phone was dropping

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@Clairemorgan You may wish to disable the mobile data especially when you are at home!
