WiFi
I have no WiFi through my hub ,everything has gone off.

@-andy- Run the service checker link over a mobile data connection if you can, it may let you know if sky are aware off any issues. Link is below for you.
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
