WiFi

Why does my broadband keep dropping and I have so much trouble connecting devices to my broadband. It's ridiculous in the early hours but I work shifts and from home it's a real problem for me

You were invited to a private chat about this last November when you first posted about this but apparently you never repsonded to it.

 

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Broadband

Why are we still having problems with broadband, WiFi and connecting to the internet. Fed up with this now
