WiFi

We have been having internet problems for a few weeks. Our devices keep freezing but when we use data instead of WiFi they work. One of the mini boxes also says there is a connectivity error but every time we check on the app it says there is no issue.

@karla1234 if you have issues with Q minis call Sky as they should either send you a booster or arrange for an engineer to call.
