WiFi

Hi, we seem to be having issues with our WiFi. It is not seeming to connect to devices which is needed for work.

 

i have used the broadband checker and it seems to be saying that everything is up and running however our devices are not seeming to connect. Please can this be checked.

Do your devices see your Sky Wi-Fi connection, if they do what is happening when you try to connect them to it ?
