WiFi

We have been having problems with our WiFi on and off since moving from BT to Sky.  However when we swapped to the new hub there problems have become constant. We are unable to get WiFi upstairs in our house and when moving around downstairs it constantly drops out. We have been meaning to make contact before now however have recently got married. But now that I am working from home over the summer it has become a real issue. We can't get videos to load. Even in the next room where the router is, it completely drops out and our TV upstairs is so slow to load anything compared to what it was when we were with BT when it used to load instantly.
