Hey guys, a while back I received a WiFi maxpod booster to help improve our poor WiFi spot in our house however we're still having issues. In particular two bedrooms up stairs we still have times when our devices cannot connect to WiFi and our iPhones/ipad kick into cellular mode because of the poor WiFi. We're also having trouble with some of our smart lights in the garden which are also struggling at times. We had previously been BT customers without any problems around our home ( we did have x3 BT boosters) however since our move over to sky we have had issues.
can you help support and resolve this please.
kind regards
Nick

Hi
You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers.
If you already have 'Wi-Fi Max' Sky will loan you up to 3 booster pods.
The second and third pods require an engineer visit to check your set up.
