WiFi

My laptop went off at 4 this morning saying no WiFi it's never done it before tried for half hour still didn't come on so I just went to sleep why did it go off tried connecting again at 8 still the same thanks jaljulie

@Jal using a mobile connection run the Service Checker in the My Sky app which should walk you through some steps before offering to book an engineer.
