WiFi won’t work in a room
I have connected the WiFi extender to the WiFi to extend to my child's room and it keeps disconnecting now won't work, we have upgraded to the ultra fast but it hasn't made a difference?

@CherylHughes the extender needscto be placedcroughly half way between the hub and the srea needing the boost ascit needs a decent connection to the hub to work. In some houses the WiFi Max system is not thst good especially if your house has solid internal walls. Increasing speed to the hub wont magically make wifi speeds in your home faster thst will still becthe bottleneck.
