@David592 to stream video you nedca steady wifi connection which it sounds like you dont have. You can check the speed at the TV by running the netwirk test in the Get Help menu of tge Netflix app. You need at least 25Mb/s to watch UHD material.
Sky can sell you an add-on called WiFi Max if your current Sky hub ca nt provide sufficent signal to your TV see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
