WiFi very slow or not connecting to other devices such as moblie phone ie Snapchat or WhatsApp

Hi all I have just got sky glass and just upgraded my broadband has I needed a faster speed. But since it's been installed the tv works great but ps5 and mobile phone WiFi is either running slow or not working properly Please help

@Yo5o Worth taking a look again at your Broadband Shield product settings just incase they have changed!
