WiFi up down and off

Since broad band install nothing has worked properly and when it does work it's up and down. The box on the inside is falling off. I had to make the channel outside myself to get city fiber to even do the job. Since the install nothing has realy worked for any length of time, we've used all our dater, computers just can't pick anything up and to top it all you've charged me £37 for a service I'm not getting, absolutely rediculas.
