Sky max keeps dropping

Anyone been having trouble with sky for ages and their customer service is awful I've put in two complaints and no one responds. Had an engineer out and said they have issues with sky max and apple it will be sorted but it's not and we're continuously using all our 5g and WiFi is forever dropping . Plucking up courage to call them again but forever spend hours on phone and nothing sorted any help appreciated my tv and computer is now wired to max as so bad but still drops
