WiFi unavailable

During the day it won't let me connect or it will say need to sign in. On the app it says everything is good. Last time I complained I was told maintenance but what kind of maintenance happens almost everyday. Either Around 3pm it will be unavailable Around 9 pm it will be unavailable or Around 1am it will be unavailable All these times I need the WiFi to be working but it turns off. For example college, work, gaming but never works when I need it to. Then when I reset it, it will take 30 mins to 1 hour. Others that I know have sky have this issue almost once a month whereas it happens to me almost daily

Same, Q is saying that internets not connected on the screen, online says it's working and WiFi through my tv works fine. Very frustrating

My previous message is when the WiFi was off and I was doing some work. 

Now, I was playing games with a few people online and I'm cut off. 

2 maintenances within 5 hours?

I'm genuinely considering going back to Vodafone. I was paying double but the WiFi never turned off for "maintenance" like this.

Even if it did, I would have been emailed 2 to 3 days in advance

Came on for 3 minutes then off again.thays 3 times within 5 hours 

It happens again I will move onto another provider.

What kind of maintenance happens 3 times in 5 hours

And another. It's like every time I send a text on here it goes off. That's 4 times now in under 5 hours

@Abdul14 What do you see if anything, below as a starter regarding the hub!

I know what these lights do. They were all off, orange or red. then turned all green meaning it should be working. Then 2 mins later. It turned back off

This happens a lot more than you think and when I email or ring sky I'm told "maintenance"

But what maintenance happens 5 times from 11 pm to 2 am?

This always happens whenever I need to use the WiFi for like I said before, work, school or gaming

@Abdul14 If that is what you are being told then that is what is going on! Your post's are few and far between, so you appear to have a good/reasonable connection, unless you are now getting a fault!

Now what kind of maintenance happens almost everyday. It's turned off again right now as I'm replying to you. Others that have sky in the area have this once a week almost , wherefore me basically daily. I ring up and the ai voice thing just says maintenance. I'm giving it one more week then switching. I don't care if I pay more than double what I'm paying now as long as it's consistent and I get told when some maintenance can be expected. I'm paying for WiFi not maintenance

@Abdul14 It's all your choice, and if it is OR then unless you find another ISP not using you may just get the same! Good luck with it all!👍
