WiFi theft by neighbours [content removed] leaving us nothing

my neighbours above me  keep stealing my WiFi internet broadband and WiFi TV police are useless need help and advice on how to overcome these hackers abusers and stalkers.

@Paddles  Unless your neighbour has your wifi password they cannot just hack into your wifi,  they also cannot affect your TV service.

 

What makes you think this is happening?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you change your wifi password as below and log your devices back on using the new wif password all other devices will drop off

Well, genuine 'hacking' would be, but the chances of this being what's actually happening is negligible.
