WiFi suddenly not performing on some devices

Hi, we're suddenly experiencing issues with my WiFi. Been with Sky for nearly a year without issue. Nothing in my setup has changed, but devices are suddenly going much slower or not working at all. All devices say they are connected, but the internet won’t work. Each device seems to be different. Normal speed is 70+. Work phone and personal laptop are about 50. Personal phone is currently 20, my work laptop is single digits if that, and my partners laptop is not working at all - all in the same room. TV (wired connection) doesn’t seem to have any issue.

I have the Sky broadband hub. All lights are green. I’ve tested the service checker and get the message ‘Your Sky Broadband looks like it has a problem’ but no information about how to resolve. It’s been this way since yesterday morning. We work from home so causing serious issues. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Re: WiFi suddenly not performing on some devices

Ah, a bit of an update. I have a soundbar, which was unplugged for a few days and I plugged back in on Friday. I've had it for 18 months, a good chunk of that with Sky broadband, and had no issues. However, Ive just tried to unplug it and the WiFi has returned to normal on all devices. So I assume it has somehow started interfering with the WiFi signal. Good that we can now work from home again, but any suggestions on how to stop the soundbar from interfering with the WiFi would still be welcome 😃
