Re: Intermittent connectivity

@Yogendrs Switch your booster off, and do a service check for the history on your connection! 30 days to look back on, broadband and the > to expand and see what it looks like!

Re: Intermittent connectivity

Hey Jim, I did that before and now too everything says good and green in the test (306 MBPS hahahaha) but frankly I am having packet drops issue me and my wife both work from home and we are having issues from the day we switched to SKY from EE.

EE was perfect never had any issues, I just wanted higher Speeds but now I'm gone more down.
can this be sorted anyways?
or let me know what's the procedure to move out of SKY with a reason of not reliable service.
Thank you

Re: Intermittent connectivity

@Yogendrs So i am the opposite had the EE Smarthub+ on the FF500 Fibre connection, they stuffed the FW update mid Feb2025, and i quit them 11 months into the 24 month contract, had enough nothing at all wrong with either EE/SKY fibre wise, have dropped my SR203/SE210 combo off now and Asus up front and centre, nothing was wrong with the sky gear it worked fine. BQM picture from the other day so once it clears you will see it below not live now so cannot link!

Latest BQM just ended on Sat!Latest BQM just ended on Sat!

Re: Intermittent connectivity

@Yogendrs Have a read at the links below and say if you have anything with those on your sky Contract apart from just having a sky Max hub! That means the addon supplemental Max service, you will see it on your bills it's an extra £10 per month less any discount's that sky gives with it!
