WiFi suddenly disconnecting everynight

Bit of a strange one and wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue.

Last Thursday my sky max hub suddenly lost WiFi connection to all devices in my home. When trying to connect back up it wouldn't recognise the password I had created for it. So I done a hard reset and it then wouldn't recognise the default password. Devices linked by ethernet were still working fine.

I called sky and they sent me a replacement sky max hub which I received on Saturday. I've set this up and it's pretty much doing the exact same thing. It'll work through the day but by morning the WiFi has disconnected and won't recognise the default router password until I've done a factory reset but the fast forward to the next morning it has disconnected again. All devices via ethernet are fine.

I called sky again and they are sending another router. I've had the same set up for over a year with no issues and I haven't bought anything new to add onto the WiFi network etc

I'm just wondering if anyone has encountered anything like this before ?

@Bigmitch if the issue affects a relplacement hub the issue is likely to be in your home. Could somebody be playing with the settings?

Unfortunately not. The kids are too young to understand any of that stuff and the wife admittedly doesn't have a clue about these things, she only lets me deal with it all.

Strangely when I called sky they said my line speed was only receiving 80mb. I'm on the 900mb package. But when I'm downloading things I seem to be getting top speeds. Tested a couple of large GB games on ps5 and they were downloading very quickly as usual

I must add that when it happened with my original max hub I was home alone with my two youngest in the afternoon ,it just happened out the blue
