WiFi stopped working whilst watching tv

Watching tv and I loose the WiFi. There is a red solid light on the router, took all the steps to fix it and according to sky by WiFi is working. It is not! 
Any ideas how to get it working before the kids get home and need the WiFi to do their homework?
