@Roland7 unclear whether your issue is an issue with the WiFi in your home or an issue with the broadband connection. If only devices further from the hub are affected then the issue is likely to be poor WiFi signal level which can sometimes becsolved by moving the hub to a better position out in the open on a surface so thecsignal is not blocked by radiators etc.
However if all devicesxare affected check the lights on the hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
