WiFi speeds awful past 5 days

sky internet slow 7mbs in b31 area the past 5 days I have SEND children who relies on the internet. I usually get 34mbs now get 7mbs and can't stream anything I have tried resetting my hub still awful, any help will be much appreciated

@Jde27183 Call sky dial 150 from your landline! Also below worth a check by yourself!

 

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).

Don't have an landline also done my the my sky app and that was useless too just saying I have internet but at 7mbs

@Jde27183 Sky mobile is also the same, 150 dial to talk about the broadband!

Don't have sky mobile all I have is there internet and starting to regret it to be honest

@Jde27183 Looking like the social media method is your choice now, sky does not allow the publishing of the contact customer service number, this post number 4 below and expand it all to you get the call us option up.
