WiFi speed

I can do a speed test through the sky app and it states I am getting 66mbps however everything is currently buffering my phones is struggling on the WiFi and if I do a speed test using an app on my phone or tablet I'm getting around 5-7 mbps

Both those speeds are entirely plausible, because the first is the data rate arriving over the cabled connection as far as the Hub.
