I never get promised speed from broadband

I changed my broadband speed from 100 mbps to 300 mbps last month. The minimum promised speed is 200 mbps but since the beginning the speed of the broadband never reached the promised speed. Before switching to 300 mbps, the speedtest result was around 30 mbps and after switching it improved to 90 mbps average. However, this is way below from what I am supposed to get and what I am paying for. I attach a recent speedtest as evidence. It is really frustrating and unfair tbh.

Re: I never get promised speed from broadband

Whenever I check from sky's service checker it shows there is no problem but obviously there is problem. I occassionally download games grom Xbox or Steam and the download speed never exceeded 90 mbps

@ack98 Then that wiil be either the device, the connection or the stream server not able to supply the data streaming requirement.

300Mb/s is the speed and as long as everything in the line is working then it is possible to get it. Have a read at the link's!

Is that 'testing' over ethernet cable or WiFi?
