WiFi speed

Hello, I've been directed here, although I'm pretty sure Sky should be dealing with it. I finally got my fibre installed yesterday. And it's been dipping in and out. I ran speed tests, and at first I was getting maybe 60mbps and ZERO upload speed. Then 10 minutes later, it got to about 86mbps with an upload speed of 30mbps. So, the upload speed seems fine. But I was promised speeds of 150+ Or 133mbps at the lowest end. Well I haven't even seen it pass 100 once, and I've tested it about 30 times. Occasionally, I get the 60 download and zero upload speeds, but I don't think it's even broken 90 tbh. But I'm not sure this is the place to be posting this. This is an issue with service. So I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I was led here through the steps on Sky app. Thank you. Sorry for wasting your time. I'll call Sky (again!) tomorrow.

On what device are you carrying out these tests?  The Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed applies to speed delivered to the Hub over optical cable, not WiFi from the Hub to wireless client devices.

I'd also advise that Sky (misguidedly) doesn't entertain challenges against GMDS in the first ten days of service, despite the concept of a training period not applying to FTTP.
