WiFi speed is horrendously slow

Recently got the gigafast WiFi and it's been slower than the package I had before. I just ran a speed check on an independent app and I was getting 19.4mps download speed and 1.75mps upload.

WiFi is not the same thing.

 

Numerous posts in this forum suggest wireless signal from the Max Hub significantly underperforms in some properties.
