WiFi speed bad

Hi my WiFi is running slow. Should be around 300 Lucky to hit 45 at the moment. Was fi e when installed, dropped off yesterday

That could be wifi rather than broadband then, what does the app say about speed to the hub and of any issues when running the checker?

 

Firstly, unplug the hub for 10 minutes and then reboot.

Have a look at the following if it's wifi to see if they can resolve your problem easily if no success with the above, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used and would be my own personal choice).

Creating multiple threads is unhelpful and can lead to duplicate replies.
