WiFi so slow to devices

Why is the wifi so slow to my devices (phone and ps5 despite the checks saying the router is getting 900mbs?

The 900mbs is to your router and not from it.

 

Is it slow when you are right next to it either your phone ?

Annoyingly yes, I can put the phone right next to it and it barely reaches 200mbs.
