Thanks. I get all that info etc but if your paying for a particular speed and continuously not getting it? 

I use downloader on my Firestick and fast.com was recommended to me. My Firestick is in the same room as the hub, constantly glitching and as I say speed shows 90mbp if I'm lucky. Yesterday I was in kbp very annoying

@Hayley148 Is the firestick near the hub, you want it to work correct then get the Ethernet adapter and wire it to the hub, you will get no more speed issues with it....
