WiFi signal glitching on 3 devices

Our WiFi appears to break up momentarily, 2 mobile devices and sky puck loose signal every 30 seconds, glitching for 4 seconds each time. How do I fix this? I've already reset the WiFi router as all lights were red yesterday morning.
