WiFi shows half signal on devices but everything stops for 30 secs

My WiFi is showing about 1/2 or more power on devices but the devices stop working for long periods I also have no or little signal in different parts of the house. My hardwired connected devices work perfectly so not broadband but definitely a WiFi issue

@pmcar What wireless wifi hub do you have from sky, if it is the Max and you have the addon, then look to be calling them else read the info linked below!
