WiFi router red power light

Dear Sir/ Madam, My WiFi router has a red light on the power button, and no light for internet and WiFi buttons. I have tried resetting it and unplug it etc. Might you be able to help please? Yours faithfully, Raymond

@Raymond174  Have you tried to call Sky and report the router as faulty?
