WiFi problems

My WiFi on phone and tablet is very low or none existing in other rooms in the house

Try adjusting your broadband shield settings, you can do this via the MySky app or online here:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
