@Salmanu you are not talking to Sky directly by posting in the forum. Either call Sky - cheapest way is to dial 150 on your Sky Talk line - or post some details. The lights on your hub can tell you what is wrong Lights on your Sky hub explained | Sky Help | Sky.com

 

Another step is to run the test innthe My Sky app which works over a mobile connection as that can tell you if there.is a known issue and can often book an engineer to check your line.

You'll need to give us more information than 'Plz WiFi not work'

Is the router switched on? What lights are showing on the router? What package do you have?

May you give a bit more detail on the issue?

Is your internet connection working or is it just your wifi that is down?

Can you run the Broadband Test, this can be done either via the MySky App on mobile data or use this link

Also can you please post your router stats, this can be done following the information in this link
