WiFi password not accepted
I've received my new equipment but when I try to connect my devices it's saying the password is wrong. I'm using the password on the hub with the correct upper and lower case and it still won't connect

Re: WiFi password not accepted
With a mobile, scan the QR code printed on the card that comes with the router, that will send the correct code to your phone to connect, once you have done this you can copy and paste it from your security settings on your phone.
It also might be worth just checking that the card has the same information on it as the label on the base of the router in case there has been a mix up!
Failing that do a full reset on the router, for the SR213-O2-W example, press and hold the WPS button until the router restarts, it will then go to factory settings. As printed on the base of the router.
