Logically, from somewhere over 100Mbs (hopefully) down to zero Mbs after some tens of metres or a few walls, with speed also depending on the nature of the client device.  That's kind of inherent to WiFi.

The Sky Broadband Hub is WiFi 5 rather than WiFi 6 and, as one might expect from 'free' ISP hardware, not particularly sophisticated.

Wireless speed and range is also hugely affected by the local environment and particularly the density of overlapping signal from neighbouring routers.
