Not able to have full fibre broadband
I live on the 1st floor in a flat. I also have noticed that my flat neighbours do not have fibre too. My neighbours who live in a terraced house have full fibre broadband, how come I can't have it?. Is this because i live in a flat

Quite possibly, yes: Openreach may well have provisioned the easy to reach houses in an initial deployment phase.
Their target to have FTTC within reach of all commercially viable addresses is December 2026.
