@Edmund43 if the hub's lights indicate it has lost connection to the line as sounds likely (https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/sky-broadband-equipment/sky-hub/lights-on-my-sky-hub/article...) and the service checker does not report a lnown outage affecting your line call Sky to report the issue so they can get it checked out.
