WiFi on laptop keeps dropping off

I work from home a few days per week and over the last few weeks, the WiFi keeps dropping off. Everything stops until I go in to settings manually, switch the connection and then on again. This worked for a while but in the last few days, the WiFi just won't come back on and it just buffers. Very frustrated.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Hi, thanks for this - yep already did those tests and everything came up "looks fine" which is even more frustrating. Will make that call ☺️
