WiFi has stopped working properly since 22nd December. Took ages for it to start up again but it keeps stop working and has orange light on modem.
I kept checking the connection page and it never gave me the option to send an engineer til this week when I looked and yesterday got a message saying they were fixing it however it still keeps going on and off and even sometimes when it isn't working the page says the connection is fine
Please can you help with this as need internet working from home!

Find out more@PippaGriffin line work will be taking longer due to the holiday if the checker tells you Sky are aware of an issue then you will have to patient as it will take as long as it takes.You are buying a domestic connection which has lower priority which doesnt change because you choose to use it for work.
