WiFi not working
My broadband has not been working for a while it comes of an on the only thing that works on the WiFi is 1 tv in the house I have to use my mobile data all the time I pay 50 pound a month I am thinking of changing broadband as it is very inconvenient it is currently not working at all

Do you have a poor signal in certain rooms as this is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
