WiFi not working

Dear team,

 

over the past month, our WiFi keeps randomly cutting out and then powering back up. Also it is slower than advertised. I reported these issues and although you said they were fixed, the WiFi keeps cutting out. 
I work from home so this is quite an urgent issue. 
please can you look into this and let me know what the issue is.

Sorry @JB170 but this is where customers help each other so does this happen when you are in the same room that your broadband hub is in ?

It's worth adding that Sky broadband being discussed on here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it they won't receive additional or quicker support.
