WiFi not working

My WiFi has cut off, despite saying the payment is due tomorrow, I haven't had any email to confirm this, I can't access a banking hub till late tomorrow, is there anyway to extend the period by a couple days to ensure it can be payed?

If your billing date is not until tomorrow then it might be a billing issue that is behind this.
